Turning up the heat

Monday

The temperature was extremely high this weak making it really hard to do much work, I had an important week of revision with Nowskills but unfortunately, it was hard to do most of it as the heat was unbearable for myself but also for my mac, the mac was overheating a lot leading to a lot of problem doing most of the work, luckily this only started to effect me halfway through the course so I had everything I needed to do the revision on my own, I planned to do everything I couldn't do on Monday todo on Friday if the heat wasn't as bad.

Tuesday

The heat wa even worse on Tuesday I was almost passing out I had to bring 3 fans into my room but that still wasn't enough, I was really overheating and so was my mac as it didn't even make it till halfway till it stopped working this time but luckily I managed to get all the revision sheets I needed before my mac started playing up. It was really stressful as I knew how important this was but there was nothing I could do to fix my problem.

Wednesday

I was finally starting to win the battle against the heat as it was a lot cooler this time and I managed to go the whole day without overheating I finally got a good day of learning. I was ecstatic to finally get some work done without any interruptions. I found it pretty interesting as we were talking about Protecting yourself online I knew about a lot of what they were talking about already but they went into a lot more detail. I found the topic of Encryption and Decryption enjoyable to learn about. also learned about HTTPS it's just like HTTP but uses encryption so it's a lot safer to use when you're doing stuff like online banking.

Thursday

On Thursday we were looking at Internet Services and Tools for Business I didn't really find this day too interesting it was mostly about tools to use like planning, schedules, meetings and Project Management Software but it was all-important knowledge to know and will be helpful to have a better understanding for when I do need to use them.

Near the end of the day, we did a test on everything we learnt it lasted for 45 minutes I struggled on some of them but that may be to do with not remembering the remember the 1st weeks that well compared to everyone else that did both weeks together but I still did better than expected.

Friday

Today I'm focusing on completing all the work I haven't completed mostly from the first 2 days as I wasn't able to do much because of the heat. I'm so glad the heat has gone down now, it makes everything a lot easier.
