Embracing Challenges and Embracing Growth: My Rollercoaster Week of Struggles and Discoveries

I can't wait to share the week I've had while working on my case study. It was all about diving into the problems I've encountered in the past and finding ways to overcome them. Let's dive into the four main topics I focused on: adding work into a newsletter, getting creative with DISC avatars, mastering CapCut for TikTok, and exploring the incredible Adobe Photoshop AI.

At the beginning of the week, I started with the newsletter challenge. It can be tricky. I've had my fair share of struggles in the past, but this time, I was determined to conquer them. It took some trial and error, but I managed to find some effective ways to deal with the problems. It's all about getting that perfect balance and making sure the content flows smoothly.

Next up, the DISC avatars. I wanted to add some fresh looks into the avatars, and it was a struggle. But I never back down from a challenge. I looked for inspiration from various sources, experimented with new techniques, and after a while! I managed to breathe life into those avatars, making each one unique and representative of our awesome team.

Near the beginning of the week I worked in CapCut and TikTok it was like stepping into a whole new world. I'll admit, I'm not an editing pro, so CapCut felt a bit overwhelming at first. But hey, I'm not one to shy away from learning. I dove in headfirst, battled through trial and error, and slowly but surely, I mastered the art of enhancing my TikTok content. It was a rewarding journey, and my engagement levels started soaring. Who knew editing skills could make such a difference?

Near the end of the week, my thrilling encounter with Adobe Photoshop AI. Talk about a mind-blowing experience! Working with AI prompts was like unlocking a world of creative possibilities. Now, I won't lie, it took some time to get the hang of it. But with each attempt, I grew more comfortable and discovered the magic of this incredible tool. It let me take my images to the next level, fix imperfections, and unleash my creativity in ways I never thought possible.

To top it all off, we had a special guest at the office this week - Phil Birchenall. He ran a captivating workshop on AI tools, including the remarkable Chat GPT-3 and the latest GPT-4. It was mind-blowing to witness the advancements in AI and learn some nifty techniques for promoting its usage. The workshop left me buzzing with excitement and a renewed passion for leveraging AI's potential in the workplace.
