Case study 1 social media

beginning

there was a meeting that I had near the beginning of the week so I had to make sure I was up to date with everything.

first thing I needed to do was clean up my onefile tasks

One of the onefile tasks was to do a A4 digital digital news, luckily last week at NowSkills we had a 5 to 10 minute section to be able to add to that so I had most of the links and new i just needed to expand more and then export it into a PDF.

the next task I had to do was to do some linked in learning, I decided to do it on How to Build a Following Online.

I finished off the linked in learning and started on the last task I had. I now needed to start the case study. I only needed to start it for now so i focused for the rest of the week on the introduction and cover page. the subjects I did was,

Introduction,

Digital Advantage, Social media, My strengths, Where I want to improve,

Work ethics, Socialising, Online Security and Potential risks of social media

end

starting to think and make a google doc of all the ideas I had for cover page. getting ready to be able to do it by Monday.

I also did one more linked in learning about customer service.

I enjoyed this linked in learning it was very interesting and engaging, I have learnt how important certain stuff like pitch of voice and exactly how you say something is important, I also learnt more info about body language that I didn't really know before. This can also help with presenting my self better in email and in person.

I also finished off last weeks blog and created and posted this blog
