This week I was focusing on learning Adobe Animate.
Beginning
I decided to work on Adobe Animate this week. I had no experience using this before this week, it was a lot harder to learn then i thought it would be. I did some of the tutorials that they give you when you open it up for the first time. They used a lot of tools and terminology I haven't used before but after a bit of googling I could get through most of the tutorials.
Middle
I did some research on google and youtube on Adobe Animate and found out there were lots of different ways to animate on there such as. drawing, sprite, and warping. The turorals that Animate gives us all focus on warping, meaning giving an image motion to make it seem alive and moving, drawing is using the pen tool to create a character frame by frame, and the one I i seem most instest in sprite animation stitinging sprites together to make them move fluidly.
End
I created 2 animations of my own, the first one using the warping style of animation that I learnt from the tutorials, and the second animation being the sprite version that I learnt from youtube.
It was hard to get my head around it all but after watch the videos multiple times i started to get the hang of it and i'm feeling pretty confident i could create a simple sprite animation without having to look up a tutorial.

Max, would be good to catch up in person and see how you are finding it etc. Let me have some dates when you be in and we can have a casual catch up
